Remote support is carried out securely over the internet using remote access software. Once you book a session, we send you a link to download a small application that allows us to connect to your screen. You can watch everything we do in real time and disconnect at any time.

Just a computer or laptop with an internet connection. We handle everything else. A stable broadband connection is ideal but most standard home connections are perfectly fine for a remote session.

Pricing depends on the issue but we keep things simple and transparent — no hidden charges. Contact us with a description of your problem and we’ll give you a clear price upfront before any work begins.

Most common issues like virus removal, slow PC fixes and software problems are resolved within one to two hours. More complex issues may take longer but we’ll always keep you informed throughout.

Yes. The remote access software we use requires your permission to connect and you can see everything happening on your screen in real time. Once the session ends the connection is closed completely and cannot be reopened without your authorisation.

We can fix the vast majority of software related issues remotely including virus and malware removal, slow performance, Windows errors, software installation, printer problems, email setup, broadband issues and more. Hardware faults that require physical repair are the main exception.

Because we work fully remotely we can support customers anywhere in Ireland and worldwide. There are no geographic restrictions — if you have an internet connection we can help.

Yes — we offer monthly support packages for small businesses who need reliable ongoing IT support without the cost of a full time IT person. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we can put together a package that suits your needs.

In the rare cases where a problem requires physical repair we’ll give you an honest assessment and advise you on the best course of action. We won’t charge you for a remote session if we are unable to resolve the issue.

We take data privacy seriously and operate in full compliance with GDPR. We do not access, copy or store any of your personal files during a session. Our sole focus is resolving your technical issue.
